Selena Gómez reveló este jueves que recibió un trasplante de riñón este verano como parte de su tratamiento contra el lupus.
A través de su cuenta de Instagram, la cantante estadounidense se dirigió a sus fans para explicarles por qué no habían tenido muchas noticias de ella. "Supe que necesitaba un trasplante debido a mi lupus y he estado recuperándome", escribió.
